Big smile, big eyes and a big blue hat. He has gold paper strips around his collar, wrists and ankles. This one retains his shoes. These were originally sold sitting on attached "brick" cardboard wall, this one is missing the wall. Great addition to your Christmas Tree or on wreaths and gift packages.
